1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and clobph ("clobph," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the clobph gaming platform available at clobph.cam and any related mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any services provided by clobph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and may not create an account or participate in any gaming activities offered by clobph. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such amendments. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Material changes will be communicated through email notification to your registered email address or through prominent notice on the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account and use the services provided by clobph. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and any other jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund of any account balance.

2.2 Account Registration Information

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, physical address, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full liability for all such activity. You must immediately notify clobph of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

2.3 Account Limitations

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account with clobph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person, whether under different names or through different devices, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to access or use your account under any circumstances.

3. Gaming Rules and Conduct

3.1 Fair Play Policy

All games provided on the clobph Platform operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical gaming equipment supervised by trained personnel. You agree to use the Platform solely for legitimate entertainment purposes and not to engage in any fraudulent, collusive, or other unlawful activity. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Using automated programs, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate gameplay
• Exploiting software bugs or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantages
• Engaging in bonus abuse schemes including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to disguise your true location
• Money laundering or using the Platform to transfer funds for illegal purposes
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code from any Platform software

3.2 Betting Limits and Game Rules

Each game category on the clobph Platform has specific rules, betting limits, and payout structures which are displayed within the game interface or accessible through the game information screens. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and may be adjusted by clobph at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse any bet or limit the amount wagered by any player at our sole discretion.

3.3 Errors and Disputes

In the event of a system malfunction, connectivity error, or technical issue that affects game outcomes or account balances, clobph reserves the right to void affected bets and restore accounts to their pre-error state. All game outcomes as recorded in our server logs are considered final and binding. If you believe an error has occurred, you must contact customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the alleged error occurring. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

clobph accepts deposits via authorized payment methods including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers through InstaPay and PesoNet, online banking from major Philippine banks, and other payment methods as may be offered from time to time. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of the deposited funds to the source account after deduction of processing fees.

Minimum deposit amounts are set at Fifty Philippine Pesos (₱50.00) unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account verification status and payment method selected. Deposits are typically credited to your account within seconds for e-wallet methods and within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for bank transfers during business hours. clobph does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests must be made through the cashier section of your account to the same payment method used for deposit where feasible. Minimum withdrawal amounts are set at Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500.00), and maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your account verification level, with standard accounts limited to One Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱100,000.00) per transaction and Five Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱500,000.00) per week.

Before processing your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, clobph requires verification of your identity through submission of valid government-issued identification documents and proof of address. Withdrawal processing times are typically within twenty-four (24) hours for e-wallets and one (1) to two (2) business days for bank transfers once verification is complete. clobph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence for large withdrawals exceeding One Million Philippine Pesos (₱1,000,000.00) or any withdrawal that triggers internal compliance alerts.

4.3 Wagering Requirements and Withdrawal Restrictions

All deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements as stated in the applicable bonus terms and conditions, typically ranging from thirty (30) to fifty (50) times the bonus amount depending on the promotion. Failure to meet minimum wagering requirements before attempting withdrawal may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, clobph may offer bonuses, promotions, and special offers to registered players. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. Bonuses are granted at the sole discretion of clobph and may be subject to eligibility criteria including minimum deposit amounts, specific payment methods, game restrictions, time limitations, and wagering requirements.

5.2 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

clobph maintains a strict policy against bonus abuse. Activities constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting patterns across multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any other activity that in clobph's reasonable opinion amounts to abuse of promotional offers. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, potential confiscation of deposited funds used in the abuse scheme, and permanent account closure.

5.3 Promotional Communications

By accepting bonuses and promotions, you consent to receive marketing communications from clobph regarding future promotional offers via email, SMS, and push notifications if you have installed our mobile application. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support, though this will not affect your ability to use the Platform or withdraw funds.

6. Responsible Gaming

6.1 Self-Exclusion and Limits

clobph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. You may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through your account settings. Once set, these limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a period of twenty-four (24) hours to allow for a cooling-off period.

You may also request temporary account suspension or permanent self-exclusion by contacting customer support. Temporary suspensions can be set for periods ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to six (6) months. During self-exclusion periods, you will be unable to access your account, place bets, or make deposits, though you may still request withdrawals of any remaining account balance. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible and will result in closure of your account with no possibility of reopening.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the clobph Platform including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and text is the property of clobph or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of materials in RAM incidental to your access and viewing of those materials
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages for your personal, non-commercial use

You may not modify copies of any materials from the Platform, use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or graphics separately from accompanying text, or delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices. Any use not expressly permitted by these Terms constitutes a material breach and may result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, clobph, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical failures or interruptions of service
• Bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Platform
• Errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Platform

In no event shall the aggregate liability of clobph exceed the amount you paid to clobph in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim, or One Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱100,000.00), whichever is less.

9. Account Closure and Termination

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately upon request. Accounts with remaining balances will remain active until all pending withdrawals are processed, after which the account will be permanently closed.

9.2 Termination by clobph

clobph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide requested verification documents, extended periods of account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) months, or if we determine that your continued use of the Platform poses risk to us, other players, or third parties. Upon termination, any remaining account balance minus any amounts subject to investigation or dispute will be returned to you using the same payment method used for deposit where feasible.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts with balances below Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500.00) may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of Fifty Philippine Pesos (₱50.00) until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. Accounts with balances exceeding Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500.00) will not be charged dormancy fees but must be reactivated through customer support before withdrawals can be processed.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be subject to good faith negotiations between you and clobph. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific terms applicable to particular promotions or services, constitute the entire agreement between you and clobph regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

11.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition, and clobph's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without clobph's prior written consent. clobph may freely assign or transfer these Terms and its rights and obligations hereunder to any third party without restriction or notification.
